The location was superb. Everything was within walking distance to activities. i loved how close the bus stop was. the blackout curtains and quiet street allowed for restful sleep. the beds felt comfortable.
Upon arrival, the doors did not open automatically. i needed a keycard to enter. It was inconvenient when carrying items in cold weather. also the happy hour details were unclear, i missed out on some drinks because of miscommunication. the tv in my room did not work correctly despite reporting it.
